Cakepops!

Hi Crumbs! Fans,


Last week we got a call from the lovely Lauren from South Africa. She asked us to make some cakepops for her daughter Sharne who lives in London as it was her 24th birthday. We were only too happy to deliver these beauties to Sharne on Saturday! 


According to the feedback from Lauren, "she was thrilled with them and they went down a treat."

Bold Bright Beautiful Photo Shoot

Dear Crumbs! Couture Fans, 

In March we were asked to contribute some cupcakes and cakepops for a photo shoot organised by the lovely Louise from Bow Occasions (www.bow-occasions.co.uk/). Her theme was Bold and Bright and we were asked to provide cupcakes in Cerise, Turquoise and Purple.

The photos below were taken by the amazing Dasha from Exhibit Emotions (www.exhibitemotions.com/). We have been so so busy so an absolute age has passed since the shoot, but the pictures are so great that I thought they must still be blogged about!

Sweets for my Sweet!

Hello Crumbs! Fans, 

As you will all be aware, Valentine's Day is looming. Does this thought fill some of you with dread? Fear not!! The Cupcaker is here to help!

Forget about flowers, overpriced meals and lingerie. Flowers don’t taste too good, and I have yet to meet a man who looks good in a lacy black thong! This year, it is time to remember that LOVE IS SWEET! What better way to show your love than send cupcakes?

I have always found Valentines Day extremely clichéd and think that there is a disproportionate amount of pressure put on men, whereas women can sometimes get away scot free!! Why do we, as women, persevere for equality in other areas of life, and then allow this disparity to exist on the romantic holidays during the year such as anniversaries and Valentine's Day?!

This year we hope to have as many orders of yummy cupcakes going out to the Men of the world, along with the usual lovely orders for the ladies. We are producing gift boxes of 4, 6, 12 and 24 cupcakes! Cupcakes and cake-pops can also be arranged into “bouquets” and delivered to your loved one. The price depends on the level of decoration, as well as whether or not you would like us to write your Valentine a message on their cupcakes. As a guide, cupcakes are roughly £1.50-2 each.

We can deliver during the day on Sunday 13^th Feb as well as on the 14^th of February itself. Delivery costs will depend on the drop-off postcode.

Hello Cake Pops! :)

Hello Crumbs! fans!

I am so excited to announce the launch of a new product at Crumbs! We are venturing a little further than cupcakes and are now the proud producers of Crumbs cake pops!

Cake pops are basically a coated cake ball on a stick, so sort of a cross between a cake and a lollipop. They are SO much fun to make, and even more fun to eat! 

We coat ours in either a sugar coating or a belgian chocolate coating, the choice is yours! The sponge inside can be any flavour you like. For a fun surprise, why not order coloured sponge for the inside of your cake pop? They can be adorned with a huge variety of decorations; the possibilities truly are endless!

As you can see from the pictures below, the cake pops can be arranged in a vase or flowepot to form a bouquet. They are so much tastier than a bouquet of flowers!! They are a great gift for sharing, and would go down a treat on Valentines Day!

The cake pops can be wrapped individually and tied with a cute little ribbon- this will make a fabulous wedding/ party favour!
